Happy Hour Meditation Replays
Happy Hour Meditations - Session 1
Part of the Align Meditation series! A discussion about the energetic qualities of immunity and how your inner state can be part of your inner protective system that expresses itself in your body. The guided meditation is the Peace to All Beings/Blue Globe and it starts at 12:00. The poetry reading is by Hagen Hasselbach, from Prayers for Healing, edited by Maggie Oman.
Happy Hour Meditations - Session 2
The next video in the Align series for improving a sense of peace in these times. In this session we discussed the value of adding a perspective from the heart, and we added the heart awareness to the meditation. An explanation of the technique begins at 8:15 with a small practice at 9:15 and the meditation starts at 13:38. The poem is by Manitongquat.
Happy Hour Meditation - Session 3
In today's meditation, we added grounding and the component of developing the will to our Blue Globe meditation. We talked about the importance of being grounded, fun experiments in grounding, and then started the meditation at 12:15. Our poem was a hymn from the Rig-Veda. There is some background noise compliments of my exuberant cat Blossom, who was apparently very energized by our mediation!
Happy Hour Meditation -- Session 6
In today's Align meditation, we will discuss using what we're finding uncomfortable during our isolation as a tool for learning about ourselves and we'll talk about the place of the human in the world. The meditation starts at 9:43 with a Unity breath exercise and then a group journey into a cleansing and healing visualization.
Happy Hour Meditations -- Session 8 Mantras
Today we talked about the use of mantras, about malas and rosaries, and we used Om Mani Padme Hum as a mantra during our meditation of the Wish fulfilling tree (Hrit padma) in the sacred space. Starts at 11:45 with the Unity Breath Meditation from D. Melchizedek's Living From the Heart.
